Bio

Beezy - Bota Zakir ........................................................................................& The Breeze - James E. Kenward

The Breeze - aka James E. Kenward - has performed internationally his whole life. Time Out magazine called him an “immense talent”. He has built and performed stories and lyric-based poetry for Sony-Comedy-Award-nominated BBC productions. His voice features regularly on #1 ranking drama productions on Audible. Before mixing contemporary and classical in his poetic-storytelling, Kenward worked as a club MC internationally, performing with the likes of Congo Natty, Nicky Blackmarket and Pav4n from legendary group Foreign Beggars. After a partying life left him at rock bottom, living on East London rooftops, James rehabilitated and dug into his notebooks to switch format; working in musical shows that achieved major successes, touring venues from the Waterloo Vaults to the Hackney Empire.

Bota Zakir - Beezy - sells out shows in the biggest concert halls in her adopted home country of Germany, having graduated from the prestigious Munich Conservatory of Music and Performing Arts at the age of 21. A virtuoso pianist of Kazahk-Uighur heritage, she's gained a reputation not only for her renditions of classical masterpieces, but also her ability to combine these works with original composition and contemporary flair. She commands the stage in a way that goes beyond the traditional concert hall and into the hearts of those who demand something different; though her work is rooted in the finest classical lineage, she dares to integrate a zest for new creation in a changing world.

When Beezy and The Breeze come together, they make something unique - and unmissable.
